During Friday’s session of the D23 Expo, John Lasseter hosted Pixar and Walt Disney Animation Studios: The Upcoming Films. It gives fans the opportunity to be among the first people to see never-seen-before footage from their upcoming slate.
Lasseter is the chief creative officer of Pixar and Walt Disney Animation Studios. On Friday, he presented never-before-seen footage from Pixar’s upcoming feature film, Coco, and Disney Animation’s Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2. The presentation also featured surprise announcements including the announcement of The Incredibles 2, musical performances as well as appearances from the talent. The presentation featured talent from Frozen 2. Toy Story 4 was also on the agenda. Other animation panels and presentations were planned for Saturday.
