Jack (Lin-Manuel Miranda), Annabel (Pixie Davies), Georgie (Joel Dawson), John (Nathanael Saleh) and Mary Poppins (Emily Blunt) in Disney's original musical Mary Poppins Returns, a sequel to the 1964 Mary Poppins which takes audiences on an entirely new adventure with the practically perfect nanny and the Banks family.

Mary Poppins Returns is now available for viewers to bring home in either 4K Ultra HD or Blu-ray with a number of bonus content available.

The most interesting decision here is that director Rob Marshall and producer John DeLuca’s audio commentary is available only as a digital exclusive.  Such commentaries have been a long-time staple of the physical release.  Some previous Disney releases have seen select featurettes available exclusively on digital.  To have the audio commentary be a digital exclusive isn’t really typical to say the least.
