Schitt’s Creek: The Complete Collection is available for fans to bring home and watch again and again in its entirety on DVD.
The little series that could. There’s almost no other way to say it. I first watched when the series premiered on Pop TV a few years ago and have grown to enjoy this family. Not only did this series manage to grow a following but the series brought it more fans every year. It is not unfair to suggest that this is because the series is streaming on Netflix after the season. While nobody could have expected the year to go as it did, this series is also one of the few bright spots. To see both Eugene Levy and Catherine O’Hara take home Emmy Awards brought a smile to my face.
While the series is also available to stream on Netflix, the bonus content is not on the platform. The documentary that aired after the series finale is also a part of the collection. The fact that nothing about streaming is permanent is also a good reason to bring this beauty home. I wish the collection were being released on Blu-ray but part of me wonders if this is because the series is currently streaming on Netflix. In any event, this series is certainly worth it.
