Prime Video, IMDb TV: Coming in March 2022

Amazon announced the films, series, and specials that will be coming to Prime Video and IMDb TV services in March 2022.

This March, Prime Video introduces new Amazon Originals including The Boys Presents: Diabolical, with animated stories by Awkwafina, Aisha Tyler, and more; Lucy and Desi, featuring the life and  legacy of television icons Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz from director Amy Poehler; and Lizzo’s Watch  Out For the Big Grrrls starring the queen herself. 

From IMDb TV comes an all-new crime docuseries, Bug Out, which dives into the mystery of the  largest known live insect heist in history through exclusive interviews with insect collectors, bug smugglers, and the law enforcement agencies charged with looking into the case.

The Boys Presents: Diabolical (2022) reveals unseen stories, within The Boys universe, each episode brought
to life with its own animation style and dreamt up by some of the most creative minds in entertainment today,
including Awkwafina, Garth Ennis, Eliot Glazer and Ilana Glazer, Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen, Simon Racioppa, Justin Roiland and Ben Bayouth, Andy Samberg, and Aisha Tyler. Streaming March 4

Lucy and Desi (2022), from director Amy Poehler, explores the unlikely partnership and enduring legacy of one of the most prolific power couples in entertainment history. What Lucy and Desi couldn’t make work with

Harina (2022) Named by YouTube as “the most viewed video of the year in Mexico” and based on the popular 2019 comedy sketch, Harina tells the misadventures of the Lieutenant and his partner, Officer Ramirez; a very special police officer duo in the pursuit of a serial killer known as “The Canceller,” whose target is to kill the most important social media stars with a very personal touch – cutting their thumbs and slicing their throats. Upload (2022) is a sci-fi comedy series from Emmy Award-winning writer Greg Daniels, set in a technologically advanced future where hologram phones, 3D food printers and automated grocery stores are the norm. Most uniquely, humans can choose to be “uploaded” into a virtual afterlife. In Upload Season Two, Nathan is at a crossroads in his (after) life… his ex-girlfriend Ingrid has unexpectedly arrived to Lakeview hoping to strengthen their relationship, but his heart still secretly yearns for his customer service angel Nora. Meanwhile Nora is off the grid and involved with the anti-tech rebel group “The Ludds.” Season Two is packed with new near-future concepts, including

Lizzo’s Watch Out For The Big Grrrls (2022) is a new unscripted series following global superstar and icon Lizzo, who is on the hunt for confident, bad-ass women to join the elite ranks of the Big Grrrls and join her world tour. With 10 hopeful women moving into the Big Grrrls House, they must prove they have what it takes to make it to the end and join Lizzo in front of a global audience on the center stage. Streaming March 25

The 57th Academy of Country Music Awards will stream on Prime Video, Monday, March 7 at 8 p.m. EST/7 p.m.
CST/5 p.m. PST. The two-hour show, hosted by icon Dolly Parton and co-hosted by reigning ACM New Female Artist of the Year Gabby Barrett and reigning ACM New Male Artist of the Year Jimmie Allen, will feature more than 20 performances and stream live without commercial interruption from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
