The Producers Guild Awards are often a bellwether for the Oscars. Since its inception, the PGA has predicted 21 of the past 31 winners of the Academy Award for Best Picture. Each year, the PGA Awards attract illustrious producers, industry leaders, Hollywood elite such as Robert de Niro, Jane Fonda, Tom Hanks, Nicole Kidman, Jordan Peele, and Brad Pitt, and their producing teams to celebrate the art and craft of producing by honoring the producers behind the best films, television series, and new media projects of the year.

The 2021 Producers Guild Awards will be held in a virtual ceremony on March 24, 2021.
